PUBS fightback for a hard earned draw on the grass at Roehampton
Saturday, 10 June 2017 saw one of our favourite match venues, The Roehampton Club, playing host to the mighty PUBS. What can be better than grass court tennis in blazing sunshine at one of the finest private member tennis clubs in the land? After a very one sided result in 2016 The Roehampton Club strengthened their team considerably by bringing in their top Aegon Team Players Nik Snapes (LTA 1.1 rating) and Bojan Jelovac, with the PUBS giving Alex Crocker (Old Reedonian) his full debut on a fast grass court, well suited to his big serve & volley game.
