The D’Abernon Cup semi-finals took place over the weekend and the two finalists are:
- Old Paulines v Old Reptonians
The Old Paulines had a very close match with the 2015 winners (Old Reedonians) and after two matches each, six sets each, the Old Paulines won 45-39 in games.
The other semi-final saw four closely contested matches and the Old Reptonians beat Old Westminster 3-1.
This should prove an interesting final with the Old Reptonians last winning the title in 2014 and the Old Paulines last winning it in 2004 (but also finalists in 2012 and 2011).
The final will take place at The All England Lawn Tennis Club on Saturday, 10 September 2016.
